Prices vary from €1950 per week in low season to €3650 per week in high season. Prices include electricity, water, WiFi, air conditioning (in bedrooms), garden maintenance, swimming pool maintenance.

Rates

  • For july and augusts a minimum stay of 2 weeks may apply
  • For last minute bookings within 2 weeks before arrival in the high season, a discount of € 100 can apply on the weekly price. Ask about the conditions.
  • Minimum rental period is 1 week
  • Arrival on Saturday, departure on Saturday. In low season, different arrival/departure days are available on request.
  • In case of late arrival (arrival after 6:00 PM) surcharge of € 25 for manager – this will be deducted from the deposit

*Bathing towels – in the living room there is a basket with 6 bath towels. Free to use provided they are left clean in the basket.
