Villa Valbonne – Luxury holiday home with private pool in Southern France
Our luxury holiday home for 6 guests in the South of France with a swimming pool is located in Valbonne near Cannes (12 km) and Nice (30 km) in Provence on the Côte d’Azur. Villa Valbonne with private pool features 3 air-conditioned bedrooms, 2 luxurious new bathrooms, free wireless internet, a living room with a smart TV, a private pool, and a large garden. The house will be completely renovated in early 2026.

Below you will find a tour of our holiday home (villa) in Valbonne. You will find our house on Domaine Val d’Azur between Valbonne and Biot (Provence – Alpes Maritimes – Côte d’Azur).
Arrival at Domaine Val d’Azur
(enter the following in your navigation system: Rue Chopin 46, Villeneuve Loubet)
Upon arrival at Domaine Val d’Azur, you will receive the gate code from the key holders. You must enter this code to open the gate both upon arrival and departure.
Domaine Val d’Azur
Drive onto Domaine Val d’Azur and keep driving straight ahead. On the right, you will see the large communal swimming pool. Next, on your left, you will see the 3 tennis courts (free to use). At the tennis courts, turn right, then immediately right again (after 50 meters), and the first street on your left is Rue Chopin. Our house is the last house on the right (with a green fence).

Parking at Villa Valbonne
You can park the car on private property. There is ample parking space for 2 cars. The photo is from April 2026; the exterior renovation will be completed at the end of May 2026, and new photos will follow.
Hall
Upon entering the hall, you will find a toilet on the left.
Mezzanine with desk and library
The mezzanine is open, from where you have a view of the living room.
Living room with fireplace
The living room features a dining table with 6 chairs, a cupboard containing more than enough crockery and glasses, a large sofa, two armchairs, a fireplace, a smart TV on which you can stream using your own apps, and French doors leading to the terrace. Additionally, our holiday home has free wireless internet.
Bedrooms (ground floor)
From the living room on the ground floor, you can access the sleeping area. Here you will find a master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom (walk-in shower, double built-in sink, toilet), two smaller bedrooms, and a second bathroom (toilet, sink, and shower). All bedrooms have air conditioning, built-in wardrobes, and offer two single beds. All rooms have French doors opening onto the garden. A hairdryer is available, as well as an ironing board and iron. In early 2017, both bathrooms were renovated and air conditioning was installed in the bedrooms.
In May 2021, all beds were replaced with Van der Valk box spring beds and the wardrobes were replaced with modern open cabinets. The bedside tables and lighting in the bedrooms have also been updated.
Well-equipped kitchen
You can’t do without much in the kitchen. For example, there is more than enough cutlery, 3 coffee machines (Senseo, filter coffee, and Nespresso – bring your own capsules), a blender, a 4-burner ceramic stove, an oven/microwave, a refrigerator (with freezer compartment), a dishwasher, plenty of pots and pans, a citrus press, a mayonnaise maker, etc.
Garage
In the garage, you will find a washing machine and dryer, tools, a second refrigerator with freezer compartment, parasols, cushions for the sun loungers, and cushions for the picnic table by the private pool.
Garden shed
You will find the key to the garden shed in the left drawer in the hall. Please leave it back here upon departure. In the garden shed you will find swimming pool equipment and sun loungers, as well as tennis rackets and tennis balls. The garden house will be completely finished at the end of May 2026, then new photos will follow. The wood at the garden shed is for private use and is not included in the rent. Please purchase wood yourself at Carrefour if you wish to use the fireplace.
Veranda
The French doors in the living room open onto the covered veranda with a marble table and 6 chairs. From the veranda, you look out over the swimming pool, the nature reserve behind it, and the woods. In short, a lot of privacy. The total surface area of the plot is over 2,000 m². In May 2021, new lounge chairs were added to the veranda.
New photos will follow at the end of May 2026, after the renovation of the terraces. Here is a photo of the new outdoor kitchen where the BBQ is located.
Garden & Swimming Pool
To the left and right of the terrace, you can walk down a small staircase to the private swimming pool. The swimming pool is 8 x 5 meters and has a built-in ladder. It is not purified by chlorine, so it is not irritating to the eyes and skin. There are 6 new sunbeds by the pool, and a new picnic table was purchased in 2021.
