Villa Valbonne has been a beloved address for those seeking this balance for years, but in 2026, the experience has been taken to an even higher level. Following an intensive renovation in early 2026, our house is once again ready for the future.
A New Chapter of Luxury
The renovation in early 2026 was not just a ‘fresh-up’. The entire home has been overhauled to meet the highest standards of modern comfort, without losing its characteristic Provençal character.
Everything was ready from the end of May 2026. Both the interior and the terraces and pool terrace have been renovated. A shower has also been installed by the pool.

A warm welcome to the website of our luxury and comfortable holiday villa in Valbonne, near Biot, Grasse, Antibes, Juan les Pins, Mougins, and just 13 km from Cannes and 30 km from Nice Airport. We hope you can find all the information you need on this website; if not, please feel free to contact us by email (preferred) or phone. We are renting out our private holiday home starting immediately from summer 2024 – so you will not face any unexpected extra costs.
We preceded you as renters many years ago. About 20 years ago, we rented a luxury holiday home in Provence in Valbonne , Southern France, for the first time. We arrived here and fell in love with the house, the space, the beautiful view from the veranda, and the tranquility from the very first day.
In 2005 (by then we had rented the holiday home about five times), we received a call from the previous owners informing us that they were going to sell the villa. After the initial shock, the idea arose to buy the house ourselves; after all, such a beautiful spot in such a beautiful location doesn’t come along again easily, and by then we knew the house inside out. We take great care of our acquisition, carry out regular maintenance, and hope that you will enjoy our house just as much as we always have. We wish you a fantastic holiday, with plenty of sunshine, swimming, and the delightful enjoyment of all the good things Provence has to offer.

Beautiful luxury villa with private pool located in Domaine Val d’Azur – an exclusive estate, with free use of 3 tennis courts and a large communal pool.
Entrance and hall
The living room with a high ceiling and mezzanine/loft offers a cozy seating area with a fireplace, Internet TV on which you can stream Netflix or TV, and a dining area with 6 chairs. Free Wi-Fi (code on the modem in the hallway).
On the mezzanine, you will find a study and library. The Mini-Library system is as simple as it is charming: everyone is welcome to take a book from the shelf to read (and take it with you if you haven’t finished it yet), and in return, you put another book back to replenish the collection.
The kitchen is equipped with, among other things, a citrus juicer, coffee machines (Nespresso + Senseo + filter coffee maker), a combination oven (microwave/oven), a toaster, a dishwasher, spices, a kettle, ample cutlery, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. A griddle is also available (in the garage).
The holiday home offers 3 air-conditioned bedrooms, each with 2 single beds. All bedrooms are located on the ground floor with French doors opening onto the garden/terrace.
The 2 bathrooms with walk-in shower (rain shower and hand shower), wall-mounted toilet, towel radiator, and modern vanity unit were renovated in 2017. There is a hairdryer in the house. You will also find another toilet in the hallway (3 toilets in total).
In the garage, there is a second refrigerator with freezer drawers, a washing machine, a dryer, a vacuum cleaner, an iron/ironing board, patio cushions, cleaning supplies, and more.
By the pool, you can relax on the 6 sunbeds or have lunch at the picnic table. In the little house in the garden, there are toys and air mattresses for the children.
From the covered veranda, you have a panoramic view of the nature reserve bordering the property. Thanks to the large garden (approx. 2,000 m²), you enjoy plenty of privacy.
The center of Valbonne is about 5 km away. Just outside the Domaine, there is a large Carrefour Market, a bakery, a pharmacy, and a hairdresser. Valbonne is a super charming medieval Provençal village with a central square where you can enjoy a delicious lunch or dinner at one of the many restaurants. On Fridays, there is a lively market in Valbonne, and near the parking lot, you will find a luxury butcher, a greengrocer… and a delicatessen. You can also buy foreign (and Dutch) newspapers here daily (or the Nice Matin – with the best and most reliable weather forecast).
The beaches of Cannes , Juan les Pins, Théoule-sur-Mer, and Antibes are located approximately 15 km from Valbonne . Nice Airport is about a 30-minute drive away. In the surrounding area, you will find many charming towns such as Biot (also a nice walk from our house to Biot – about a 1.5-hour walk), Grasse with its perfume industry, the art town of St. Paul de Vence, and Mougin with its many restaurants and art galleries.

Beautiful holiday home with private pool, luxuriously furnished and fully equipped. The villa is located on the outskirts of Valbonne, in a secure, exclusive Domaine Val d’Azur estate, with free use of 3 tennis courts. The villa is situated on flat grounds of approximately 2000 m² with a large lawn and a spacious terrace overlooking the 8×4 meter sloping swimming pool. There are sun loungers by the pool and a dining table under the beautifully situated covered veranda. Our holiday home features free wireless internet and a Smart TV. In addition to 3 tennis courts, there is also a large communal swimming pool at Domaine Val d’Azur .
The beaches of Cannes and Antibes are located approximately 15 km away. Valbonne and nearby Biot are charming, authentic Provençal villages with many restaurants. Luxurious and very comfortable holiday home with private swimming pool (3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms). There is a cozy, spacious living room with a fireplace, a separate corner with a dining table, and a mezzanine with a desk and library. From the living room, you enter the fully equipped kitchen, including a (Miele) dishwasher, combination oven/microwave, and refrigerator. A washing machine, dryer, and an extra fridge-freezer are located in the garage. There are a total of 3 beautiful bedrooms equipped with air conditioning, all on the ground floor and all with two single beds. There are two renovated bathrooms with walk-in showers featuring a rain shower and hand shower, a wall-mounted toilet, and a luxury vanity unit.
