Welcome to the website of our luxurious and comfortable holiday villa in Valbonne, near Biot, Grasse, Antibes, Juan les Pins, Mougins and only 13 km from Cannes and 30 km from Nice Airport. We hope that you can find all information on this website, otherwise you can always contact us by email (preference) or telephone. We rent our private holiday home directly – so you will not be faced with surprising extra costs.
About 15 years ago we rented for the first time in Valbonne and instantly fell in love with the house, the space, the beautiful view from the terrace, the charming village of Valbonne and the tranquility of Domaine Val d’Azur.
In 2005 (we had rented the house now or 5 times) we were called by the previous owners that they wanted to sell the villa. After the shock about this came the idea to buy the house, after all, such a beautiful house in such a beautiful location does not pass by quickly and we knew the house through and through. We are very careful with our property and hope that you will also enjoy our home just as we have always done. We wish you a fantastic holiday, with lots of sun, swimming and enjoying all the good of the Provence in the South of France has to offer.
Beautiful luxury villa with private swimming pool located in Domaine Val d’Azur – an exclusive domain, with free use of 3 tennis courts, large communal swimming pool, volleyball court and a children’s playground.
The holiday home offers 3 air-conditioned bedrooms with 2 single beds each. All bedrooms are on the ground floor with doors opening onto the garden / terrace.
The 2 bathrooms with walk-in shower (rain shower and hand shower), hanging toilet, towel radiator and modern bathroom furniture were renovated in 2017.There is also a hairdryer in the house. You will also find another toilet in the hall (3 toilets in total)
The living room with high ceiling and mezzanine offers a cozy sitting area with fireplace, TV with most Dutch channels, DVD player and a dining area with 6 chairs. Free WiFi (code on the modem in the hall)
The kitchen is equipped with a juicer, coffee machines (Nespresso + Senseo + Filter coffee maker), combi oven (microwave / oven), toaster, dishwasher, spices, kettle, sufficient cutlery and fridge with freezer. A gourmet plate is also available.
In the garage there is a second fridge with freezer drawers, washing machine, dryer, golf sets and weber BBQ.
At the pool you can enjoy the 6 sun beds or have lunch at the picknick table. In the cottage in the garden are toys and air beds for the children.
From the covered porch you have a wide view over the nature reserve that borders the plot. Due to the large garden (approx. 2000 m) you have a lot of privacy.
The center of Valbonne is approximately 5 km. Just outside the Domaine is a large Carrefour Market, bakery, pharmacy and hairdresser. Valbonne is a super charming medieval Provencal village with a central square where you can enjoy lunch / dinner at one of the many restaurants. On Friday there is a lively market in Valbonne and at the parking lot you will find a luxury butcher, vegetable jeweler … and caterer. You can also buy foreign (and Dutch) newspapers here daily (or the Nice Matin – with the best and most reliable weather forecast).
The beaches of Cannes, Juan les Pins, Theoule sur Mer and Antibes are approximately 15 km from Valbonne. Nice airport is approximately a 30-minute drive away. In the area you will find many nice places such as Biot (also a nice walk from our house to Biot – about 1.5 hours walk), Grasse with its perfume industry, the art town of St Paul de Vence, Mougin with its many restaurants and art galleries .
Information holiday home
Beautiful holiday home with private pool, luxurious furnishings and fully equipped. The villa is located on the outskirts of Valbonne, in a secure domain Domaine Val d’Azur, with free use of 3 tennis courts. The villa is situated on a flat plot of about 2000 m2 with a large lawn, spacious terrace overlooking the sloping pool of 8×4 meters. There are 6 lounges by the pool and 6 chairs and dining table under the beautifully situated covered porch. There is also a Weber barbecue. Our holiday home has free wireless Internet and satellite (Dutch) TV. In addition to 3 tennis courts, there is a large communal swimming pool at Domaine Val d’Azur, children’s playground and volleyball field.

Interior holiday home
Luxurious and very comfortable holiday home with private swimming pool (3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms). There is a cozy, spacious sitting room with a fireplace, a separate corner with a wooden dining table and a loft with a sitting area. From the living room you enter the kitchen with all amenities, such as a dishwasher, microwave, fridge. A washing machine, dryer and an extra fridge / freezer combination can be found in the garage. There are a total of 3 bedrooms equipped with air conditioning, all on the ground floor and all with two single beds. There are two renovated bathrooms with a walk-in shower with rain shower and hand shower, hanging toilet and luxury sink furniture.

New: Apartment in Kaprun
On the 9th of December 2016 the opening of the 17 luxury apartments of Avenida Panorama Suites in the snow-sure Kaprun was celebrated. You can ski at the Kitzsteinhorn glacier from mid-October to late-spring. The apartment is suitable for max 6 guests (2 bedrooms and sofa bed) and offers many luxuries such as 3 bathrooms, bath on the terrace with views over the Kitzsteinhorn, parking garage, luxury wellness, well-equipped kitchen with Nespresso machine and dishwasher and free wifi. Full hotel service including breakfast.
