After an intensive renovation in early 2026, our home is once again ready for the future.
A New Chapter of Luxury
The renovation in early 2026 was not just a ‘fresh start’. The entire home has been overhauled to meet the highest standards of modern comfort, without losing its characteristic Provençal character.
Inside, everything is now ready (April 2026) – outside, the terraces and swimming pool are still being renovated. New photos of the exterior will follow at the end of May 2026. Here are some photos to give you an impression of what it will look like.

Welcome to the website of our luxurious and comfortable holiday villa in Valbonne, near Biot, Grasse, Antibes, Juan les Pins, Mougins and only 13 km from Cannes and 30 km from Nice Airport. We hope that you can find all information on this website, otherwise you can always contact us by email (preference) or telephone. We rent our private holiday home directly – so you will not be faced with surprising extra costs.
About 15 years ago we rented for the first time in Valbonne and instantly fell in love with the house, the space, the beautiful view from the terrace, the charming village of Valbonne and the tranquility of Domaine Val d’Azur.
In 2005 (we had rented the house now or 5 times) we were called by the previous owners that they wanted to sell the villa. After the shock about this came the idea to buy the house, after all, such a beautiful house in such a beautiful location does not pass by quickly and we knew the house through and through. We are very careful with our property and hope that you will also enjoy our home just as we have always done. We wish you a fantastic holiday, with lots of sun, swimming and enjoying all the good of the Provence in the South of France has to offer.

Beautiful luxury villa with private pool located in Domaine Val d’Azur – an exclusive estate, with free use of 3 tennis courts and a large communal pool.
Entrance
De woonkamer met hoog plafond en mezzanine/vide biedt een gezellige zithoek met open haard, Internet TV waarop u netflix of tv kunt streamen en een eethoek met 6 stoelen. Gratis Wifi (code op de modem in de hal)
Op de vide vindt u een study en bibliotheek. Het Mini-Bieb systeem is even simpel als sympathiek: iedereen mag een boek uit de kast pakken om te lezen (en meenemen wanneer je het boek nog niet uit hebt), en in ruil daarvoor zet je een ander boek terug om de collectie aan te vullen.
De keuken is voorzien van oa een citruspers, koffiemachines (Nespresso + Senseo + Filter koffiezetapparaat), Combi oven (magnetron/oven), toaster, vaatwasmachine, kruiden, waterkoker, voldoende bestek en koelkast met vriesvak. Ook is er een gourmet plaat beschikbaar (in de garage)
Het vakantiehuis biedt 3 airconditioned slaapkamers met elk 2 éénpersoons bedden. Alle slaapkamers liggen op de begane grond met openslaande deuren naar de tuin/terras.
De 2 badkamers met inloopdouche (regendouche en handdouche), hangend toilet, handdoek radiator en modern badmeubel zijn in 2017 gerenoveerd. Er is een haardroger/föhn in het huis. Ook in de hal treft u nog een toilet aan (totaal 3 toiletten)
In de garage bevindt zich een tweede koelkast met vrieslades, wasmachine, droger, stofzuiger, strijkijzer/strijkplank, terraskussens, schoonmaakartikelen en meer.
Bij het zwembad kunt u heerlijk genieten op de 6 ligbedden of lunchen aan de picknicktafel. In het huisje in de tuin liggen speeltjes en luchtbedden voor de kinderen.
Vanaf de overdekte veranda heeft u een weids uitzicht over het natuurgebied wat grenst aan het perceel. Door de grote tuin (ca 2000m) heeft u veel privacy.
Het centrum van Valbonne is ca 5km. Net buiten het Domaine is een grote Carrefour Market, bakker, pharmacie en kapper. Valbonne is een super charmant middeleeuws Provençaals dorpje met een centraal plein waar je heerlijk kunt lunchen/dineren bij een van de vele restaurantjes. Op vrijdag is er een gezellige markt in Valbonne en bij de parkeerplaats vindt u een luxe slager, groente juwelier… en traiteur. Ook kun je hier dagelijks buitenlandse (en Nederlandse) kranten kopen (of de Nice Matin – met het beste en meest betrouwbare weerbericht).
The beaches of Cannes, Juan les Pins, Théoule-sur-Mer, and Antibes are located approximately 15 km from Valbonne. Nice Airport is about a 30-minute drive away. In the surrounding area, you will find many charming towns such as Biot (also a nice walk from our house to Biot – about a 1.5-hour walk), Grasse with its perfume industry, the art town of St. Paul de Vence, and Mougins with its many restaurants and art galleries.

Beautiful holiday home with private pool, luxurious furnishings and fully equipped. The villa is located on the outskirts of Valbonne, in a secure domain Domaine Val d’Azur, with free use of 3 tennis courts. The villa is situated on a flat plot of about 2000 m2 with a large lawn, spacious terrace overlooking the sloping pool of 8×4 meters. There are 6 lounges by the pool and 6 chairs and dining table under the beautifully situated covered porch. There is also a Weber barbecue. Our holiday home has free wireless Internet and satellite (Dutch) TV. In addition to 3 tennis courts, there is a large communal swimming pool at Domaine Val d’Azur, children’s playground and volleyball field.

Interior Villa Valbonne
Luxurious and very comfortable holiday home with private swimming pool (3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms). There is a cozy, spacious living room with a fireplace, a separate corner with a dining table, and a mezzanine with a desk and library. From the living room, you enter the fully equipped kitchen, including a (Miele) dishwasher, combination oven/microwave, and refrigerator. A washing machine, dryer, and an extra fridge-freezer can be found in the garage. There are a total of 3 beautiful bedrooms equipped with air conditioning, all on the ground floor and all with two single beds. There are two renovated bathrooms with walk-in showers featuring a rain shower and hand shower, a wall-mounted toilet, and a luxury vanity unit.
