Maison Montchou is located in one of the most beautiful regions of Provence – The Var. 45 minutes from Nice airport, 30 minutes from the beaches of Cannes, Juan les Pin and Theoule sur Mer. There are several golf courses in the area, the nearest “Terre Blanche” is reachable within 10 minutes by car. The St. Cassien lake offers various recreation options. From the house you can make beautiful walks through the woods and to the villages of Tourrettes and Fayence.

Maison Mont Chou is a charming villa (12 people) with heated swimming pool entirely built in Provencal style in the immediate vicinity of Fayence.
The house is situated at an altitude of 400 meters on a private area of 5,000 m2. From terraces and from the pool you have a spectacular panoramic view, including the beautiful village of Tourrettes. Maison Montchou has a private jeux de boule court.

Maison Mont Chou is located in the south of the Var district, around 5 minutes’ drive from the medieval village of Fayence and around 25 minutes from the more famous town of Grasse. Nearby you will find the beautiful lake Lac de St. Cassien.
Due to the quiet, high location of the house, a car is necessary as a means of transport.
Within half an hour you can reach the coast and places like Cannes, Theoule sur Mer, St. Raphäel, Fréjus; within 45 minutes St. Tropez, and (the airport of) Nice.
In the interesting hinterland of the Côte d’Azur you can quickly reach places such as Draguignan and St. Paul de Vence or drive into the mountains (Alpes-Maritimes, Alpes-de-Haute-Provence).
There are skiing opportunities about 1 hour away and less than 5 minutes away there is a new golf course “Terre Blanche” and about 30 minutes away there are 5 beautiful golf courses, 2 of which are championship courses.
A wonderful family home, in a varied, rich historical environment and a sunny climate almost all year round. In the immediate vicinity there are many restaurants and nice Provencal markets.

There is another guest accommodation on the property that can be rented with the large villa. It is located separately at 45 meters distance and on the same site as the main building “Maison Montchou”. Can also be rented separately if required.
It consists of two bedrooms, each with a double bed and a bathroom with shower and toilet. A separate sitting / dining room with open kitchen.
Bed linen and towels are provided. The annex has three terraces with a large garden and has its own parking.
