Luxury holiday home in the South of France for 8 persons in La Croix Valmer near St Tropez with air conditioning and private pool. This luxury holiday home was completely renovated in 2019 and is now a modernly furnished villa with all comforts.
Prices per week from € 3,250 in low season to € 5,950 per week in high season, excluding cleaning and linen.

Living room
Stylish and modern living room with air conditioning and sleek cast floor with concrete look, TV and sonos installation. Beautiful view of the Mediterranean sea.
Kitchen
Very luxurious and modern open kitchen with dining table. Fully equipped such as an oven, Nespresso coffee machine, wine cabinet, microwave, American fridge with ice maker and microwave.
4 Bedrooms
4 – Double bedrooms with air conditioning and private bathroom. In addition to a walk in shower, the master bedroom also has a stylish modern bath. The other 3 bedrooms have a shower.
Exterior
From both the living room and open kitchen you have direct access to the terrace at the rear of the villa. From this terrace you have a beautiful view over the hills towards the Mediterranean Sea and the port of Cavalaire.
The pool is slightly lower than the terrace and measures 9 x 5 m. There are beautiful sun beds around the pool.
One level below the pool you will find a terrace with dining table and a very nice outdoor kitchen with BBQ.
The entrance of the villa through a secure gate offers ample parking on site.
